Sizing is measured to the longest width or longest height (excluding tumbler decals, which are measure by height).

  • Example: 6”W x 3”H is a 6” inch decal
  • Example: 3”W x 6”H is a 6” inch decal

If you need complete sizing W x H and it is not stated in the listing, send us a message and we will send you the complete sizing.


  • 3”H is our Universal Tumbler size.


Shipping is Free on all orders with no minimum purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS, First Class Mail with tracking. You will be notified with a confirmation message and tracking number. Orders $30 or more ship for free via 2-3 day Priority Mail via the USPS.

  • If an order is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer. 
  • In the event that a package is not delivered and tracking states that the package was delivered, we will file a claim with the USPS. The policy of the USPS is that 10 days pass from the date of the tracking delivered date before a missing mail claim can be filled. 
  • In the event that a package is delivered damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, a replacement product will be sent to you (we must receive a picture of your shipment before sending the replacement).

Orders are packaged carefully to ensure that they arrive to you as safely as possible.


Orders $50 or more will ship via USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail.


Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. We cannot cancel an order after it has shipped. Sizing or color changes will require the original order to be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed.

  • A proof will be sent on all custom orders. You MUST approve the proof sent before we complete your order.
  • We offer a maximum of 3 “Mock-Up Proof’s”. A charge of $5 will be charged for each additional “Mock-Up Proof”.
  • Please see our “Artwork Requirements” for accepted images Artwork Requirements
  • Images outside of our “Artwork Requirements”, image(s) can be sent to our Graphic Designer for “Professional Digitization”. The image(s) will be converted to vector images (SVG, AI, EPS, DXF, PNG, JPG, PDF). You will receive a zip file of the vectored images. There is an additional charge for this service. Pricing is based on the quality of submitted images(s) and range from $15 - $25 per image.
  • Returns are not accepted on custom orders, outside of damage or defect. We must be notified within 3 days of delivery of a received damaged or defected shipment.


If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We work quickly to resolve issues. All return inquiries must submit an image of the shipment they received and an explanation as of why a return/exchange is being requested. We offer “Hassle Free” returns and want you to love your new decal(s). No returns on decals that have been used. All orders are subject to a 25% restock fee.

Decals that have been placed improperly will not be replaced or refunded. This includes such improper application methods as not cleaning surfaces prior to application, using application devices that scratch or tear the decals, or not applying the decals straight.  Please refer to the included application instructions prior to applying decals.

In the event that a return is authorized, the item must be sent with a tracking number. A 20% restocking fee will be assessed.  Item must be shipped within 7 business days of return authorization. 


We have a three-step process in fulfilling and shipping in place to help ensure that you receive the correct order without defect. If there is something wrong with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Send a picture of your shipment (what you received including invoice) to us when you contact us.
