Collector Memorabilia Returns/Refunds:

Product Authenticity Returns/Refunds:  

  • To ensure product authenticity, we seal each box with safety seals. If any of the seals are broken or tampered with, we will not accept the returned item, no refund will be given.
  • We record the product UPC code with each order. 

Returns: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We work quickly to resolve issues. Return must include an explanation as of why a return/exchange is being requested. In the event of damage, we will request a picture of the shipment you received.

Our Return Policy lasts 30 days, from the day of delivery.
