Do not touch the adhesive backing of the decal, oils from your skin will prevent sticking.
Do not apply on extreme cold or hot Surfaces. Ideal temperature must be between 60°F & 90°F.
When you first receive your decal: If the graphic(s) release with difficulty from the white/blue wax paper backing, rub the top of the decal with a credit/debit card. This step helps break the bond between the graphic and the wax paper.
NEXT: Hold the decal with the graphic facing you, now from any corner, peel the transfer tape off of the decal. Now you should be holding a graphic fully adhered to the transfer tape.
DRY Application Tips: Decal CANNOT BE adjusted once it is placed
Carefully position the decal to the desired area. – you cannot move your decal once it is placed
Rub the decal starting from the center working out to the sides of the decal, eliminating any air bubbles.
Use an object like a credit card to make sure the entire decal is fully adhered to the surface.
Slowly remove the transfer tape, peeling it at 180º against itself.
Check for air bubbles. In most cases air bubbles can be worked to the edge of the decal, if not, a pin hole will allow the air out and become virtually invisible.

Lightly mist the desired area with application mix, which is (8oz OF WATER MIXED WITH 1-2 DROP OF DISH SOAP LIKE DAWN DISH SOAP).
Use the least amount of fluid to accomplish the application process (1-2 sprays depending on project size). **Spraying cut vinyl letters with fluid can also cause the lettering to loosen up on the transfer tape or cause the lettering to fall off, ONLY SPRAY THE APPLICATION AREA- NOT THE DECAL-
When squeegeeing the graphics, use good pressure to force all of the fluid from under the vinyl film. When using a WET APPLICATION use your FINGERS 1st, then a HARD credit card, if needed. Your fingers have enough pressure to force all the fluid out. Start in the center of the graphic and squeegee outward to force out the fluid from underneath the graphics
If the transfer tape releases with difficulty from the graphics, spray the tape with the fluid mixture allowing about 30 seconds for the fluid to soak in.
In removing the transfer tape, peel the tape 180º against itself.
BOTH WET & DRY APPLICATION - Place Your Decal In Direct Sunlight for 2-3 hours after application – It Adheres The Vinyl Faster!!
It is best to wait at least 24 hours before use (vinyl manufacture suggestion)

Graphics must be saved in Vector based file formats. Vector based images are made up of lines and curves and can be resized, and manipulated without losing the quality of the graphic. Vector graphics are defined by a series of mathematical equations and enable us to scale the object to any size without losing any detail or clarity. JPEG and TIFF files are not able to achieve this manipulation.

Shipping is Free on all orders with no minimum purchase. Orders are shipped via USPS, First Class Mail with tracking. You will be notified with a confirmation message and tracking number.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge. Orders are packaged carefully to ensure that they arrive to you as safely as possible.
If an order is lost in transit and not marked as delivered, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer.
In the event that a package is not delivered and tracking states that the package was delivered, a refund or exchange will only be offered when the customer completes and files a stolen mail report.
In the event that a package is delivered damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order, a replacement product will be sent to you (we must receive a picture of your shipment before sending the replacement)
Orders $30 or more will require signature upon delivery.
Please contact us within 24 hours after placing your order. All orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. We cannot cancel an order after it has shipped. Sizing or color changes will require the original order to be cancelled and a new order will need to be placed.
POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
A proof will be sent on all custom orders. You MUST approve the proof sent before we complete your order.
We offer a maximum of 3 “Mock-Up Proof’s”. A charge of $5 will be charged for each additional “Mock-Up Proof”.
Images outside of our “Artwork Requirements”, image(s) can be sent to our Graphic Designer for “Professional Digitization”. The image(s) will be converted to vector images (SVG, AI, EPS, DXF, PNG, JPG, PDF). You will receive a zip file of the vectored images. There is an additional charge for this service. Pricing is based on the quality of submitted images(s) and range from $15 - $25 per image.
Returns are not accepted on custom orders, outside of damage or defect. We must be notified within 3 days of delivery of a received damaged or defected shipment.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We work quickly to resolve issues. All return inquiries must submit an image of the shipment they received and an explanation as of why a return/exchange is being requested. We offer “Hassle Free” returns and want you to love your new decal(s). No returns on decals that have been used.
Decals that have been placed improperly will not be replaced or refunded. This includes such improper application methods as not cleaning surfaces prior to application, using application devices that scratch or tear the decals, or not applying the decals straight. Please refer to the included application instructions prior to applying decals.
In the event that a return is authorized, the item must be sent with a tracking number. A 25% restocking fee will be assessed. Item must be shipped within 7 business days of return authorization.
We have a three-step process in fulfilling and shipping in place to help ensure that you receive the correct order without defect. If there is something wrong with your order upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Send a picture of your shipment (what you received including invoice) to us when you contact us.
